Texas A&M football has a bye week this Saturday.
The Aggies are 4-4 overall and 1-4 in conference play. They will not play in Week 9. This is the only open week on their 2026 schedule.
The team lost 31-20 at Alabama last week. They had a lead before falling. The next game is on the road at South Carolina on Nov. 7. The kickoff time is to be announced on ESPN.
After South Carolina, the Aggies host Tennessee on Nov. 14. Tennessee is ranked No. 16. The Aggies could hurt the Volunteers' playoff chances with a win. The broadcast network is still to be announced.
The final two games are on the road at Oklahoma on Nov. 21 and at home against Texas on Nov. 28. The Texas game is set for 6:30 p.m. on ABC. Texas is ranked No. 11. A win in that final week could damage the Longhorns' postseason outlook.
The Aggies started the season with wins over Missouri State, 50-0, and Arizona State, 48-20. They lost to Kentucky, 31-21, and LSU, 35-6, before beating Arkansas, 34-7. They fell to Missouri, 27-6, and then beat The Citadel, 41-0.
